Hawaii's Premier Shade and Pergola Provider Job Overview:

$40,000•$60,000 base salary plus 3% commission and performance bonuses.

Schedule:
Monday•Friday (70% off-site / 30% office-based).
Project Scope:
Premium residential and commercial shade installations.

The Opportunity:
You will serve as a vital growth engine for Signature Shade Solutions, transforming high-end product features into customized lifestyle benefits for our clients. This role offers the autonomy of field-based sales backed by a supportive "ohana" culture that rewards high performance and professional development. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Prospect and generate new leads to aggressively expand the customer base across the islands. Consult with clients to understand unique needs and provide customized architectural shade solutions. Conduct on-site product demonstrations and perform accurate check measures to ensure flawless installations. Deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of premium shutters and pergolas. Collaborate with the installation team and office manager to enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain detailed records of lead generation and closed deals through the integrated SSS App. Resolve client concerns and objections effectively to maintain a high closing ratio and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong competency in sales acumen, lead generation, and relationship management. Ability to perform technical on-site check measures with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a results-driven, customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in the high-end home improvement or architectural products industry. Demonstrated ability to interpret basic site requirements for outdoor installations. Prior experience using CRM or sales tracking software (specifically mobile sales apps).
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary with a 3% commission rate paid monthly upon full client payment. Performance bonuses based on team goals and exceeding monthly sales targets. Pay Structure:
Commissions will be paid monthly at the end/beginning of each month depending on where the pay period falls. Commissions are paid after the customer has paid in full. Bonus pay is based on how well the sales team performs as a whole and how far above the monthly goal is reached. Percentage to be determined.
