We are hiring Sales Agents to join our growing team across our Waikiki locations. As a Sales Agent, you are the face of our company and the first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver the true spirit of Aloha by helping tourists rent the perfect car so they can explore everything Oahu has to offer. This is more than just a car rental job — you will create unforgettable experiences through outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet customers and guide them through the entire car rental process Prepare rental agreements and enthusiastically present optional extras to maximize the rental experience Provide personalized recommendations on where to go, what to see, and how to make the most of their time on the island Handle customer inquiries with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Drive sales through upselling while maintaining exceptional service standards Build lasting relationships so guests want to return on future trips

Requirements:

Natural sales talent with a passion for customer service (training provided — we can teach you the rest!) Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Basic computer skills (Google, typing, email, etc.) Reliable and punctual — able to work scheduled shifts Valid driver's license (from any location) preferred but not required Previous experience in sales, customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus Flexible availability — willing to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays (We are open 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM every day)
