Job Description

  • DESCRIPTION
  • We're seeking an
  • Oahu-based
  • leader to manage and develop a team of
  • Field Sales Associates,
  • driving sales growth with key
  • restaurant
  • and
  • foodservice
  • partners while growing a strong portfolio of well-known brands in a unique,
  • relationship-driven market.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Develop and maintain a
  • Platinum Partner
  • Portfolio
  • of a minimum of 15 accounts by calling on them every 60 days. +
  • Lead, coach,
  • and
  • support
  • a team of Field Sales Associates in the field while completing a minimum of 8 weekly sales calls, including calls conducted alongside direct reports. + Build and maintain relationships with key
  • Platinum Partner
  • accounts + Execute product
  • presentations
  • and
  • client engagements to drive sales growth
  • , presenting a minimum of three clients during each
  • sales call
  • . + Monitor and track
  • sales performance
  • , activity, and pipeline using CRM + Manage a portfolio of
  • high-priority accounts
  • and maintain accurate customer data +
  • Collaborate
  • with internal teams and support
  • company events, meetings,
  • and
  • food shows
  • + Conduct weekly
  • performance reviews
  • and
  • provide coaching
  • to •improve results•
QUALIFICATIONS
  • + Bachelor's degree or restaurant operation/sales experience is preferred. + Proven
  • sales experience
  • with strong drive to achieve results + Experience
  • leading or mentoring a team
  • preferred +
  • Strong
  • communication and relationship-building skills + Working knowledge of
  • CRM systems
  • and Microsoft Office +
  • Manage
  • multiple priorities and work independently +
  • Travel locally
  • , including occasional overnight stays
  • Special Position Requirements
  • + Valid
  • driver's license
  • with clean driving record and to drive daily, unsupervised + Conduct
  • in-person sales calls daily
