We're seeking a Parts Advisor for our Cutter Mazda of Honolulu Location. This is a full-time position.

Position Objective:

Assist both walk-in and wholesale customers with parts lookup to ensure they get the correct accessory or part for their vehicle. Assure parts are properly ordered, invoiced, and delivered if needed. Must conduct themselves in a professional manner that always promotes a positive image of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and emails Greet walk-in customers Prepare quotes and invoices Look up and ensure accuracy of parts and accessories based on the customer's request On occasion, pack and ship outgoing orders for outer island customers Keep track of incoming special ordered parts Follow up with customer's requests/orders as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete and pass quarterly Mazda certification

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass physical and background check Highschool diploma or equivalent Basic computer and math skills to be able to prepare quotes and invoices, calculate and apply discounts, look up parts and accessories, and receive or send emails Must be able to multi-task Must have effective listening and communication skills to assist customers professionally in person or by phone Valid Hawaii state driver's license (Will need to be insurable under our company policy) General automotive knowledge Pay range: $2,700

• $7,200 per month. This is a base pay of $17.00

00 an hour plus an incentive bonus based on monthly sales numbers.
