Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the retail and distribution industry, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join their team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the sales and customer satisfaction teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Saturday, 7 am
  • 4 pm or until route is completed.
If working Saturday, an additional day off during the week will be provided. What's the Job? Ensure product availability by maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves and displays at retail locations. Implement store-specific merchandising plans, adjust product facings, and execute resets to maximize product visibility. Rotate stock properly to ensure freshness and reduce shrinkage, monitoring product conditions regularly. Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and management, resolving stock issues promptly and professionally. Support sales teams by providing market insights, assisting with promotional displays, and reporting competitor activity. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of retail merchandising, grocery, or wholesale experience preferred. Experience operating within food service distribution environments is a plus. Strong understanding of food service distribution and ability to read planograms and store reset instructions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems, along with excellent communication skills. What's in it for me?
