Salary Range:
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Proven track record in sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet sales goals. A genuine interest in helping people protect what matters most to them. Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses. Responsibilities Connect with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs and financial goals. Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service. Work closely with the agency owner to develop and implement sales strategies. Process applications and ensure accurate record-keeping. Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities.
