Sales Representative

The Dupps Company continues to grow and expand as a 90-year-old leading manufacturing company providing large industrial equipment and on-going customer service and maintenance repair in the Rendering/Oil Seed Industry which provides recycling equipment that benefits the animal protein, fertilizer, and renewable fuel industries in a heavy industrial work environment. The Dupps Company in Ankeny, IA is currently seeking a sales representative to join our dynamic team of sales professionals. Responsibilities for this position will include the following: Processing customer parts orders by creating sales orders within Epicor, providing sales quotes, providing internal parts pricing and delivery info for internal and external customers, as well as updating and managing Customer Management software. Willing to respond to afterhours emergency customer service inquiries. Other duties include collaborating with all departments to support customer service initiatives. Qualifications for this position will include the following: Ability to read blueprints/drawings & layouts and demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Additional education with Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus. Previous sales and customer service experience a plus. Experience developing and implementing initiatives in product and departmental growth. Good administrative skills to include proficiency in Office, Word and Excel. Available to respond to phone calls at all hours and on pre-scheduled weekends. Available for travel up to 50%.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
