As we continue to expand nationally, we're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help build new dealer relationships and drive revenue growth. POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business. You will spend the majority of your day prospecting, cold calling, emailing, researching leads, and developing relationships with potential wholesale dealer partners throughout the United States. You will use Apollo, HubSpot, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other prospecting tools to identify opportunities and build a pipeline of future business. Make 75-100 outbound calls daily Prospect new dealer opportunities nationwide Utilize Apollo, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and industry resources to identify prospects Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations Educate prospects on wholesale pricing, blind shipping, and dealer benefits Follow up consistently through phone, email, and CRM activities Manage opportunities within HubSpot CRM Achieve monthly revenue and activity goals Develop long-term dealer relationships that generate recurring revenue QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of inside sales, business development, or outbound prospecting experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable making 75-100 outbound calls daily Highly motivated and self-driven Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience with CRM software preferred Apollo and HubSpot experience a plus Printing, signage, promotional products, or manufacturing sales experience preferred COMPENSATION PLAN
Base Salary:
$55,000 Commission is earned on booked sales revenue generated from dealer accounts originated by the sales representative. Ramp Plan:
1st month: 25% Quota 2nd month: 50% Quota 3rd month: 75% Quota Remainder:
