EZAutomation is an Automation Controls Company located in Bettendorf, IA. We have been designing and manufacturing high tech products since last 64 years. We hold a lot of patents and are known as Elon Musk of Automation due to our inventions. Due to a big push from Trump Administration in bringing manufacturing and jobs back to the United States and due to recent 55% of tariffs imposed on imports from China, we are poised to grow dramatically this coming year. With this background, we are looking to hire 10 new Technical Sales Representatives working in-office in our Bettendorf facility. Average Tenure of an employee in the company is 18 years. No politics, strictly talent, gets you promotions at a rapid rate. From QC engineer to VP in two years. Our base requirement is for young energetic,eager to learn, individuals who speak and sell with a lot of enthusiasm, confidence and passion. You are trained and backed up by world's top 100 engineers. We sell plant automation control products, like Touchscreens and Programmable Controllers manufactured in our Bettendorf plant. We sell direct to customers over phone and over internet. We have a current customer base of 20,000 + customers. You must have a natural in-born knack for sales, and should have a proven track record in sales of any kind, know how to overcome objections, good in asking for orders and close a sale . Even though, you will get a nice base salary, you must be commission driven. You must have a solid technical background to be able to sell our products even though in unrelated fields . We prefer candidates who have worked as Inside Sales for companies who sell Automation controls or who support such products as Field Technicians or who maintain such products in manufacturing plants, but we find that people with experience in un-related fields such as Geek Squads, Cable and Internet service like Mediacom, HVAC technicians, casino techs, technical support assignments in call centers, IT support technicians, Mobile phone sales and service, Retail establishments selling electronic goods, AT&T service technicians or Store Managers, also do well as Technical Sales Representative. If you are a Results-Driven Self-motivated Sales Professional with high national pride, hunger for unlimited commissions, and have adequate technical background as described above, apply today and take your career to the next level.
Roles and Responsibilities:
After one month of intense product and application training by some of the top engineers in the world, and after passing tests, you will be engaged in the following: You will be given a set of 200-300 existing and new customer accounts. No cold calling. Understand customer's technical and business needs, their applications, and then suggest and sell the right products from our extensive catalog. You do not need to get into the weeds we call bits and bytes, but must have adequate technical background to understand product applications. Have high level of enthusiasm in selling American made products Vs. Foreign/Chinese made products. Your smile and enthusiasm should come through your phone call. You must talk to customers with a lot enthusiasm, lot of energy, lot of confidence and lot of passion. You must have excellent written communication skills in writing emails and proposals. You must have natural American accent. Demonstrate product features to customers over Zoom calls. Making a minimum number of calls per day including cold callsbut only to customers who have either bought our products in the past or expressed interest in our products. Document these calls and other customer interactions concisely in our CRM database. Understand Sales Funnel and Sales Process of developing the customer trust, relationships, understanding buyer motives, identifying decision makers, making product recommendations and presentations , aggressively asking for orders , overcoming objections and closing sales. You must be willing to work hard and be "hungry" for commissions. Must have a competitive mind set and drive for success. Why Join Us?
