Job Description

Unlike traditional sales roles that rely on endless cold calling, our team works primarily with warm leads, referrals, and existing clients. You will still make outbound calls and follow-ups, but you will be speaking with people who already have interest, or a reason to speak with us. We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-focused Client Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into results. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their income and skillset in a professional sales environment. If you enjoy competition, building relationships, and finding opportunities others miss, you will thrive here. What You'll Do Work with warm leads, referrals, and current clients to identify opportunities for new coverage or improved protection. Make outbound calls and follow-ups to clients who have requested information or already have a relationship with our office. Build strong relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients. Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that genuinely benefit the client. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience. Look for opportunities to grow accounts and improve client protection. What We're Looking For Someone who is motivated by results and enjoys winning. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. Sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities. A proactive mindset, someone who sees opportunity instead of waiting to be told what to do. $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
