In this role, you will provide expert insurance advice, assess individual and business risks, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. As a licensed professional, you will ensure clients receive accurate, compliant, and ethical guidance across a range of insurance products.
Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Competitive Base Salary with Commission Incentives Requirements Valid certification as an Insurance Advisor Active state/provincial insurance license(s) in relevant lines (life, Health, Property, Casualty, etc) 2+ years of experience in insurance advising or financial consulting In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting, and claims procedures Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret insurance contracts and explain complex concepts clearly High ethical standards and strong compliance awareness Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field Experience advising high-net-worth individuals or corporate clients Multilingual skills and cross-cultural communication abilities is a plus Familiarity with digital tools and insurance platforms Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their personal, family, or business insurance needs Provide professional advise and recommendations on appropriate insurance needs Customize insurance plans to fit client requirements, budget, and risk profiles Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, claims, and ongoing reviews Keep currently with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory developments Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems About Us Insurance sales, fire/auto, health/life, commercial/specialty
