Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, coordinating appointments and ensuring a seamless experience. Your proactive communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will drive customer satisfaction and support our business development efforts. Duties Manage inbound and outbound calls using CRM software, to schedule and confirm appointments with customers Engage in warm calling and telemarketing to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects Coordinate appointment schedules for sales and service teams, ensuring optimal time management Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively communicate service offerings and vehicle options Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity Support marketing initiatives through outbound calling campaigns aimed at business development Qualifications Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service tasks with enthusiasm Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Appointment Coordinator and become a vital part of our vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive experiences!
