Job Description

Kimberly Car City is looking to add a motivated individual to our Business Development team. This position involves handling inbound and outbound customer communication through phone calls, emails, and text messaging. You will be responsible for following up with both hot and cold leads, setting appointments, and helping ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their vehicle search process.
Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email customer leads daily Follow up with previous and current inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain professional and friendly customer communication Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience Keep lead information updated in CRM system
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable talking on the phone and handling follow-up Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills Customer service experience required Automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required Must be available evenings and weekends
Compensation:
$15-$18/hour based on experience, Commission included Full-time or part-time positions available If you are dependable, motivated, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
