Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, conduct product presentations, inspect homes, create project estimates, and close sales. This is a high-income opportunity for individuals who are confident, self-driven, and passionate about helping homeowners improve their homes. What You'll Do Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments Inspect roofing, siding, windows, and bath remodeling projects Conduct professional in-home sales presentations Educate homeowners on products, warranties, financing, and installation processes Create accurate project proposals and pricing Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships Work closely with management and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain detailed records within our CRM system What We're Looking For Previous in-home sales experience preferred Home improvement sales experience is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Compensation Commission-based position Uncapped earning potential Top performers can earn $100,000 - $250,000+ annually Performance bonuses and incentives available Financing programs and strong product offerings to help maximize closing rates Benefits Pre-set appointments available Ongoing sales training and support Industry-leading products and warranties Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Flexible schedule Why Join TruHome Renovations?
