In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, foster strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve ambitious targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company success through innovative sales strategies, effective management, and a passion for technology and business development all while supporting women survivors of violence. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through coaching, training, and performance management. Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target markets, including B2B (business-to-business) and technology sectors. Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing tools like Salesforce for pipeline management. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support business growth. Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve team effectiveness. Skills Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B and technology-related products or services. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Expertise in business development, account management, and customer service excellence. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking sales activities and pipeline management. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win solutions for clients and the company. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast sales trends, and make strategic decisions. Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to driving demand and brand positioning in competitive markets. Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
