Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(k) plan, Paid vacation, Sick leave, Bonus program Job Summary As a Counter Sales Specialist , you will be representing a trusted HVAC and Refrigeration industry wholesaler and providing prompt, professional, and expert customer service, counter sales, and product knowledge to local and regional businesses requiring HVAC/R parts, equipment, and services. Essential Functions Sales & Sales Support

• Respond to customer inquiries and orders professionally and efficiently. Order Entry/Processing
• Accurately process, service, and fulfill customer orders. Customer Service
• Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships. Inventory
• Conduct or provide back-up for inventory cycle counts.

Experience & Qualifications HVAC or Refrigeration knowledge and experience is desired but not required. Relevant professional wholesale, retail, or business to business customer service/sales experience Ability to listen and communicate by phone, writing, and in-person with customers in a professional and prompt manner. Ability to successfully prioritize and conduct the various sales, customer service, order entry, inventory, Basic computer skills

• Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or inventory software is a plus .

Educational Experience High school diploma or GED required, additional certification or coursework from a college or technical school is desirable.
