Job Description Job Description Garage Force of Des Moines is the leading provider of residential concrete coating systems in Central Iowa, with a growing commercial presence. We specialize in premium garage floor coatings and concrete solutions for homeowners and businesses throughout the Des Moines metro. We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant / Business Development Representative to help grow our residential and commercial sales efforts. Responsibilities Conduct onsite estimates and consultations Educate customers on Garage Force products and services Build relationships with: Realtors Builders General contractors Property managers Commercial developers Generate self-sourced business opportunities Follow up with leads and close sales Staff trade shows, expos, and networking events Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline activity Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Construction or home improvement sales experience is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Comfortable asking for the sale and following up consistently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Training Training includes: Ride-alongs with ownership Product and installation education Sales process training CRM and estimating software training Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Training Growth Opportunities Why Join Garage Force?
