We are seeking a business-minded Sales Representative who is looking for more than just a typical routine job—we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career path toward leadership. Our client firmly believes in organic growth and leading by example. To build authentic leaders, everyone in the organization learns the core business from the ground up before stepping into training, mentorship, or management roles. In this entry-level phase, you will focus entirely on the Business-to-Business (B2B) market, conducting face-to-face consultations with business owners to help them navigate their professional service and benefit options. No prior industry-specific experience is required. We welcome individuals from retail, hospitality, athletics, or customer service backgrounds who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow. A comprehensive initial training and mentorship phase will support you from day one. What Your Day Will Look Like Connect face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers across the Des Moines metro area. Deliver clear, educational presentations regarding available service and program options. Cultivate and protect professional, long-term partnerships within the local business community. Manage your own calendar of scheduled consultative appointments and follow-ups. Participate in daily professional development, business coaching, and leadership mentoring sessions. A professional business presence and a reliable work ethic. Ability to complete a standard professional licensing process (full study guidance and preparation support is provided).
