The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $18.00 - $23.25 Position Highlights You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Responsible for order fulfillment associated with recurring supplies for Avera Home Medical Equipment patients. This includes patient intake information, selecting & supplying appropriate supplies. What you will do Generates new sales orders and processes drop ships. Creates, maintains and updates patient records. Will be required to help patients find the products they need to be successful in their care at home by utilizing a high level of solution selling skills. Verifies insurance coverage and responsible to clearly articulate financial responsibility of the patient by explaining their insurance benefits. Will be required to educate patients on proper supply changes and frequency. Will be required to update patient templates in the Brightree (BT) EMR. Ensure qualification such as Certificate of Medical Necessity and compliance of patient prior to generating orders. Work assigned BT Connect Sales orders and flags as assigned for Avera Home Medical Equipment. Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately. Will be responsible for meeting and maintaining position target goals and expectations. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified. Technical Certificate 1 year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
1-3 years in healthcare setting; preferably HME 1-3 years in a Call Center Expectations and Standards Commitment to the daily application of Avera's mission, vision, core values, and social principles to serve patients, their families, and our community.
