Applicants must be local and able to work onsite. Bankers Advertising Company is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support and grow Bankers Advertising's sales efforts through a combination of administrative support, account management, and business development. This role will assist sales managers and sales representatives with research, communications, pricing, and order processing while also building and maintaining relationships with dormant, orphaned, active, and prospective accounts through tele-sales and ongoing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced sales environment. What You'll Do Perform product research and pricing requests for sales managers, sales representatives, and customers. Communicate professionally with customers and prospective customers via phone and email, responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Build and maintain relationships with dormant and orphaned accounts while prospecting for new customers through tele-sales and relationship-building efforts. Prepare and provide multiple quotes and product options for promotional products, calendars, apparel, and related product categories. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of promotional products, preferred suppliers, pricing structures, and commission calculations. Understand and support the online ordering process used by sales representatives to submit orders. Edit, enter, process, and manage orders to ensure accuracy, proper pricing, and complete factory instructions. Maintain detailed customer activity logs and provide regular updates to management. Attend tradeshows, seminars, webinars, internal training sessions, and company events to remain knowledgeable about industry trends, products, and opportunities. Maintain a positive, professional attitude that motivates and supports the sales team and contributes to a collaborative work environment.
