Inside Sales/Order Entry (Industrial/Contractor Supply)

BFirst Industrial is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key player to our team, you will be interacting with customers over the phone and through email communication. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and building strong relationships with our customers.

BFirst Industrial Overview:

We are a full line industrial supply distributor, with a heavy focus on fasteners, power tools (DeWalt and Milwaukee), and Safety supplies. We provide several different value-added services to our customer base, which truly makes us a one stop shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Taking and Processing:

Accurate Order Entry:

Accurately input customer orders into the order management system, ensuring correct product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.

Order Verification:

Double-check order details to minimize errors and avoid costly mistakes.

Order Acknowledgment:

Confirm order details with customers, providing order numbers and estimated delivery times.

Order Tracking:

Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.

Order Expediting:

Work with the warehouse or logistics team to expedite orders when necessary.

Qualifications:
