At Krystal Klear Window Washing, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for motivated, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our team and drive new business. If you are a self-starter who loves controlling your own income, this is the perfect role for you.

Job Overview:

This is a fully performance-based (commission-only) sales position offering an incredibly generous 40% commission split on every job you close. With our average job size sitting right around $200, you earn an average of $80 per closed sale. There is absolutely no cap on your earnings—the harder you work, the more you make. A motivated representative closing just 2-3 jobs a day can realistically earn $160-$240+ daily.

What You'll Do:

Generate Leads:

Prospect and engage with residential homeowners and local business owners via door-to-door outreach, networking, and local community engagement.

Present & Close:

Evaluate properties, provide accurate service estimates, present our window washing packages, and close the sale on the spot.

Build Relationships:

Act as the face of Krystal Klear, ensuring a professional, friendly experience that builds long-term customer loyalty and referrals.

Track Progress:

Maintain basic records of your daily leads, closed sales, and scheduled appointments.

Compensation & Perks:

Straight 40% Commission Split on all self-generated sales. Average $80 payout per job (Based on our $200 average ticket size).
