Role:
In-Home Sales Consultant This is a full-time, commission-based outside sales role with pre-set appointments and uncapped income potential. As a Design Consultant , you will: Meet with homeowners in their homes (no cold calling required for base pipeline) Run in-home sales presentations and recommend customized solutions Close deals and drive revenue growth Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Top performers treat this like running their own business—and are rewarded accordingly. Compensation & Earnings Uncapped commission structure Typical earnings: $103K - $130K+ annually Top performers exceed this range Key Responsibilities Run qualified, company-provided appointments Conduct professional in-home consultations and product demos Manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups Close sales and complete contracts accurately Generate self-sourced leads, referrals, and repeat customers Stay current on products, pricing, and promotions Attend ongoing sales training and team meetings Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (in-home sales, outside sales, or commission sales preferred) Proven track record of closing deals and hitting goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive mindset Comfortable working in a performance-based, fast-paced sales environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Preferred Experience (Nice to Have) In-home sales (windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, remodeling) Commission-based or quota-driven sales roles Retail, automotive, or B2C sales Why Join Renewal by Andersen?
