This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in business development, live events, brand activations, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns . You will play a key role in driving new partnerships and revenue growth through in-person engagement, event networking, and on-site client interactions at high-energy marketing and fundraising events. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients, sponsors, and partners through in-person networking at events, activations, and community outreach initiatives Support the execution of fundraising events, charity galas, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch materials, proposals, and event briefings Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, partnerships, and event-based interactions Conduct market research on event marketing trends, sponsorship opportunities, and nonprofit fundraising strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, nonprofit organizations, and community partners Represent the company at live events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising activations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required) 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, fundraising, internships, or event support roles Strong interest in event marketing, nonprofit fundraising, sponsorship sales, or business development Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging directly with people in live event and face-to-face environments Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-driven setting Ability to thrive in event-based, on-site, and public-facing roles What We Offer Hands-on training in business development, event marketing, sponsorship sales, and fundraising strategy Clear career growth path into Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Event Campaign Lead roles Performance-based bonuses and incentive opportunities Real-world experience in live events, nonprofit fundraising, and brand activations High-energy, collaborative team environment with growth-focused culture
