Core Responsibilities:

Technical Development:

Learn to cut, duplicate, and program various car keys and remotes, gaining proficiency in key technology.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent service by addressing customer questions and resolving concerns professionally.

Sales Support:

Build skills in customer engagement, processing sales, and maintaining strong relationships.

Record-Keeping:

Keep accurate customer data and manage records effectively.

Team Collaboration:

Support team goals through consistent performance in technical tasks and sales efforts.

Qualifications Needed:

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Ability to pass background checks and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable transportation. Comfortable with physically active work, including working around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
