We are a Boise-based and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) helping businesses simplify and secure their technology. From proactive IT support and cybersecurity to cloud solutions and strategic IT planning, we serve as the trusted technology partner for organizations that want to focus on growth instead of IT headaches. We're looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to drive new business by building relationships with small and mid-sized businesses in the Treasure Valley. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach Respond to incoming leads, meeting and informational requests, and referrals Meet face-to-face with business owners, executives, and decision-makers Identify technology challenges and position our managed IT services as the solution Deliver clear, compelling presentations of our services and value Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Collaborate with our technical team to design the right solutions for clients Close new recurring service agreements and long-term partnerships What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (technology or services preferred) Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Comfortable prospecting and generating your own opportunities Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory Excellent communication and presentation skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + Residual Commissions Performance bonuses and incentives Strong recurring revenue sales model (MSP contracts) Ongoing training in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services Support from experienced engineers and solution architects Career growth opportunities as our company expands Why Join Us?
