Job Description

ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Create Opportunity. Control Your Income. Redline Exteriors is growing in the Treasure Valley and we are looking for motivated sales professionals who want more than just company-generated leads. Our team believes opportunity is earned, not waited for. This role is for individuals who enjoy meeting homeowners, building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping customers through the roofing process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet with homeowners Perform roof inspections Generate and develop your own opportunities Follow up with prospects Close roofing projects Work alongside our canvassing team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Self-motivated Strong communication skills Competitive mindset Coachable Reliable transportation Sales experience preferred but not required
