Job Description Primary Location:

In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting a diverse range of high-quality products. This is a high-impact, results-oriented role for individuals who take pride in excellence, thrive on ownership, and want to grow with a respected industry leader.
Route Sales :
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of paper goods, and the beverage industry. Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to develop strategies that align with business goals. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities + Travels through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business, pre- pare sales contracts and interfaces with customers on location or by phone. + Take a leading role with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts. + Safe/Competent operation of route vehicle and vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. + Coordinates and leads sales meetings to include agenda preparation. + Ensures that all Admiral Beverage brands and packages are rotated on a "first-in, first-out" basis in accordance with supplier requirements. + Establishes good customer rapport through professional selling approaches. + Properly accounts for all cash/credit proceeds, products removed from inventories, lighted signs, and all other Company assets where applicable. + Solicit new business by conducting business reviews, demon To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
