Dealer Success Specialist About Tuff Jug Tuff Jug is a fast-growing Idaho-based manufacturer of premium utility containers and accessories serving powersports, automotive, racing, farm & fleet, watersports, hardware, and outdoor recreation dealers across North America. We are passionate about building great products and even more passionate about building great relationships with our dealers. As our dealer network continues to grow, we're looking for a Dealer Success Specialist who thrives on helping customers succeed, solving problems, and building lasting partnerships. Position Overview As a Dealer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our dealers and prospective dealers. This role combines dealer onboarding, relationship management, customer support, and proactive business development. You will help new dealers get started, support existing dealers, follow up on dealer applications, assist with orders, and proactively reach out to help dealers grow their business. This is a phone-heavy role. Successful candidates enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and confidently picking up the phone. A significant portion of each day will be spent communicating with dealers and prospective dealers by phone. This is not a traditional customer service role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking initiative, and helping dealers succeed. Responsibilities Dealer Acquisition & Onboarding Contact new dealer applicants promptly after application submission Respond quickly to inbound dealer inquiries and opportunities Introduce prospective dealers to Tuff Jug products and programs Guide dealers through onboarding and portal setup Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective dealers until they place their first order or opt out Dealer Success & Relationship Management Build relationships with existing dealers through phone, email, and text communication Conduct proactive dealer check-ins to understand product performance and inventory needs Identify opportunities for dealers to increase sales and product assortment Assist dealers with promotions, merchandising, and product recommendations Help dealers maximize the success of their Tuff Jug program Customer Support Answer inbound phone calls and emails from dealers Assist with order questions, shipping inquiries, product information, and general support Resolve issues quickly and professionally Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional dealer experience CRM & Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions Document follow-up activities and next steps Track dealer onboarding progress and opportunities Help maintain high standards of responsiveness and communication QualificationsRequired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to maintain consistent follow-up and attention to detail Preferred Inside sales, account management, customer success, or business development experience Experience using CRM software Familiarity with wholesale, dealer networks, or distribution channels Experience in powersports, automotive, racing, agriculture, marine, or outdoor recreation industries

Pay:
