In this energetic role, you will interact with prospective buyers, showcase a wide range of affordable vehicles, and build lasting relationships that turn inquiries into life long customers. Your passion for automobiles combined with your commitment to customer service and integrity, will help customers find their perfect vehicle. Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate new sales opportunities. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options to meet customer needs. Help customers by understanding budgets, needs and preferences. Utilise software to track customer interactions, manage inventory information, and follow up on leads to maximize sales efficiency. Maintain organized inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer needs. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales; dealership experience is preferred but not necessary. Communication skills with the ability to connect with customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service and integrity.
