Details of Your New Career:

Proactively follow up with customers before they need to follow up with you. We don't wait for success—we create it. Weekdays:

9:30 AM

• 7:00

PM Saturdays:

8:30 AM

Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Compensation:

Paid Training to set you up for success. Base Pay plus Commission on every sale. Monthly bonuses based on store performance. Extra SPIFFs (additional commission) on select products. Your commission rate grows as you hit revenue milestones.

Your Schedule:

3 Full days per week on the sales floor (28-32 hours per week). Most of our team members in school either take some classes online or attend class on M,W,F or Tu, Th and work the opposite days. Mandatory weekly sales training

Before Applying, You Must:

Pass a background check. Be able to lift a few heavy mattresses (80-150 lbs) daily. Have a valid driver's license. Have reliable transportation to get to and from

IDAHO FALLS.
