Sales Professional (Finance Track Opportunity!) Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Twin Falls has moved into a modern, high-capacity facility - and business is growing rapidly. We are looking for a proven, high-performing sales professional who wants to take the next step and develop into Finance (F&I). This is an in-store sales role with the opportunity to gain hands-on finance experience and grow into a full-time F&I position. Rare opportunity for top a top-tier sales performer to elevate into finance! Earn at a high level on the floor while gaining real F&I exposure Clear, intentional path to Finance Manager as the store continues to grow Increased inventory and volume = more deals and earning opportunity Smaller, focused team with greater share of opportunities High-traffic location with upgraded showroom and processes Leadership team focused on performance, accountability, and growth
Responsibilities:
Sales-focused role with Finance Development Primary responsibility is high-performance automotive sales Support F&I operations as needed 1 day per week Assist with deal structuring, lender flow, and product exposure Deliver a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish Maintain CRM discipline, deal accuracy, and compliance standards Operate with a focus on gross, volume, and efficiency
Qualifications:
