Customer Success Specialist - Algonquin, IL $24/hr - $28/hr, PTO, Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) Match We are a growing coffee manufacturing and distribution company producing coffee products for a local chain enjoyed by our customers for over 15 years. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Algonquin, IL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong relationships, and supporting day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent service and support throughout the order and account management process, working closely with internal production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment. This position offers strong long-term growth potential within customer support and operations. What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels regarding accounts, products, orders, and general service needs Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, professional, and solution-focused support Partner with internal teams (production, logistics, warehouse, and sales) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently Schedule product shipments in alignment with production batch releases and manage adjustments based on shipment timing changes or customer-requested modifications Monitor account activity and proactively identify potential issues, trends, or service gaps Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring accurate setup of account information and expectations Maintain and update customer records, communication history, and account notes within internal systems Assist with reporting, customer insights, and tracking key account metrics as needed What We're Looking For 1-2 years of customer service or administration experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Algonquin IL, is hiring a Customer Success Specialist.
