What You'll Do Greet clients warmly and guide them through our services. Educate them on tanning, red light, and spray tan options. Recommend products that enhance their results and support sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon space. Work as a team to create a positive and confident client experience. Work in alignment with our four company values: integrity, excellent communication, high standards and team player. Who We're Looking For 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED. Outgoing, reliable, and motivated to sell and serve. Fast learner who takes initiative and is coachable Enjoys solving problems. Available for 1-2 day or night shifts Mon-Thurs, and 1-2 weekend shifts per week (Fri, Sat or Sun on rotation). Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs. One year of customer service experience (required).

We are looking to fill 2-3 shifts a week. This consists of two M-F shifts and at least 1 Saturday or Sunday shift. We rotate weekend shifts each week for scheduling fairness and work/life balance for each member of our team. Does your schedule align with this? Please explain your availability.
