Job Description

Sales Team Leader Our Sales Team Leaders are the heartbeat of our showrooms — developing talent, closing deals, and setting the standard for what great customer experience looks like. As a Sales Team Leader, you'll manage a team of Product Specialists while actively working the floor — structuring deals, driving gross, and ensuring every customer has an outstanding buying experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that rewards people who lead by example and know how to get the best out of their team. Responsibilities Structure and close new and used vehicle deals while actively coaching Product Specialists through the sales process. Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate Product Specialists; set aggressive but realistic individual goals and provide ongoing support. Manage CRM data and daily sales logs; confirm BDC-set appointments and ensure proper follow-up at every stage. Ensure 100% F&I turnover for every customer; collaborate with Finance Manager on deal structure to maximize gross. Handle customer concerns promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines. Maintain proper staffing levels and direct the daily schedules and activities of department associates. Attend manager meetings and assist with dealership-wide training, advertising campaigns, and incentive programs. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; prior dealership sales management or floor management experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to structure deals, develop salespeople, and drive consistent monthly volume. Strong CRM skills and familiarity with dealership sales processes and compliance requirements. Natural leader who can motivate a team and hold individuals accountable to performance standards. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
