Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Position Overview Are you highly organized, quick on the phone, and able to keep multiple moving pieces under control at once? Encore Concrete Coatings is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator / Business Administrator to support our growing inside sales department and help keep our day-to-day operations running efficiently. This is NOT a slow-paced desk job. We are looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems quickly, communicate professionally, and operate with strong common sense in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with our inside sales team, customers, sales representatives, and management to help coordinate schedules, manage customer communication, assist with lead flow, and help ensure the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage sales appointments and scheduling logistics Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally Assist inside sales representatives with lead management and appointment flow Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns quickly and professionally Maintain accurate customer notes and updates inside the CRM Assist with operationla and administrative tasks that support the sales department Communicate with homeowners, sales reps, and management throughout the day Help ensure appointments are properly confirmed and organized Support overall efficiency and organization of the inside sales team Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Shifts Available Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM (FULL TIME) What We're Looking For Experience in B2C outbound calling or appointment setting (home improvement preferred) Strong communication and phone skills Highly organized and detail- oriented Quick thinker with strong problem-solving ability Ability to mulittask and stay efficient undert pressure Professional, dependable, and resourceful Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly Ability to work independently without constant supervision Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Prior scheduling, customer service, inside sales, dispatching, or administrative experience is preferred Compensation & Benefits

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
