Compensation:
$45,000 Base Salary + Commission up to $30,000 (Total OTE up to $75,000) Role Snapshot This is a high-performance inside sales role focused on speed, ownership, and results. You respond to inbound demand, move opportunities forward, and close business directly. Performance is measurable, visible, and directly tied to compensation. What You Do Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests; qualify and convert them into active opportunities Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm so every lead always has a next step Build, manage, and advance opportunities in SugarCRM with clean data and clear actions Prepare quotes, pricing requests, and product recommendations that help win deals Identifyupsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and applications Execute consistent outbound outreach (phone, email, CRM tasks) Close deals directly and take ownership of results How You Make Money High conversion rates from inquiry to qualified lead to closed sale Shortened sales cycles through speed, clarity, and persistent follow-up Increased revenue byidentifyingadditionalvolume, alternative products, or unmet needs Consistent andaccuratepipeline management that drives predictable results What Success Looks Like Strong lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close ratios Clean, current CRM pipeline with no stalled opportunities High responsiveness to customers and fast quote turnaround times Growing volume of closed deals directly attributed to Inside Sales Why This Role Works Pay is transparent and directly tied to performance Clear expectations and measurable wins Real ownership of deals from start to finish Access to experienced sales leadership and coaching Clear path into advanced sales or account management roles Fast hiring process with clear steps andtimelyfeedback Who Should Apply Apply if you want real sales responsibility, a fast-moving environment, and compensation tied directly to results. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Director of Distribution Sales.
