  • Full-time About the job This role combines inside sales and administrative responsibilities.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping convert leads into sales while keeping office operations organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities  Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries  Qualify leads (project type, timeline, budget)  Schedule in-home consultations and estimates  Follow up with prospects and existing customers  Explain products and services (windows, doors, siding)  Support the sales process to close deals Administrative Responsibilities  Manage calendars and appointments  Maintain customer records (CRM or database)  Prepare quotes, invoices, and emails  Organize documents and job files  Assist with permits and project coordination Customer Service  Provide a professional and friendly experience  Handle basic questions about services and availability  Direct inquiries to the appropriate team member Qualifications  Strong communication and customer service skills  Organized and detail-oriented  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM systems)  Sales experience / Experience in contruction business  Bilingual (English/Spanish)
