As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to internet leads, assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential buyers. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales calls and internet inquiries Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish Schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and emails Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointments and sales opportunities

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong communication and customer service skills Sales or call center experience preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic computer and typing skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
