Professional Sales Consultant

Flora Gems is a 4th generation Family owned company with 168 years of history in Illinois. We have a location in Decatur, and Champaign. We are searching for our next up and coming sales people to join our team. Our sales positions are an incredible opportunity to learn the jewelry industry and become an integral part of our team.

Income Potential :

starting salary $50,000 + based on experience. Trained salespeople are paid salary + bonus compensation based on success of individual and company. Huge potential for income growth.

Our schedule:

Tues-Friday 8:30-5:45, Saturday 9-4.

You will work side by side with our sales manager to learn the ins and outs of the business. Our typical training program is expected to be 18 months before a salesperson is educated and trained to sell individually. Who we want?
