Champaign. IL About the Role We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Senior Sales Representative / Sales Lead to join our growing wireless retail team. This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while promoting wireless products, devices, and services. Responsibilities Drive wireless sales and consistently exceed individual and store sales goals Assist in leading daily store operations and support management as needed Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques Demonstrate expert knowledge of wireless products, services, promotions, and accessories Train and mentor sales associates to improve performance and customer engagement Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy Complete administrative and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of successful retail sales experience required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Previous wireless, telecommunications, or cellular sales experience strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to coach and motivate others Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Uncapped commission opportunities Performance-based bonuses Career growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing sales and product training Apply Today If you are a high-performing sales professional with a passion for customer service and a proven history of retail sales success, we want to hear from you.
