We are seeking a motivated, self starter, relationship driven Field Sales Consultant to join our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer accounts, and helping clients implement cost-effective janitorial and facility solutions. This position works closely with company leadership, internal support staff, and manufacturer partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve revenue goals. Chemcraft Industries is committed to supporting the success of our sales team through continuous training, product education, and hands-on sales support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES 1
)Develop and grow assigned customer accounts 2)Identify and pursue new business opportunities 3)Promote company systems, solutions, and proprietary systems 4)Present and communicate the company's \"Lowest Total Cost Solution\" value proposition 5)Utilize consultative sales strategies to recommend customized solutions for customers 6)Complete and maintain customer profiles and account information 7)Coordinate product, systems, and solution training as needed 8)Support company initiatives, including product launches, training programs, open houses, seminars and trade shows 9)Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in management, purchasing, facility maintenance, and operations 10)Utilize CRM software and sales tools to effectively manage customer relationships and opportunities 11)Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and the competitive environment 12)Communicate customer feedback and opportunities to management 13)Maintain a professional image and customer focused attitude
QUALIFICATIONS 1
)1+ years in sales, business development, marketing, or relate B2B experience preferred 2)Strong interpersonal and communication skills 3)Self motivated with the ability to work independently 4)Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills 5)Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and CRM software 6)Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required 7)Janitorial, facility supply, distribution, or consultative sales experience is a plus
