Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through engaging conversations Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales Assist customers with selecting devices, accessories, and service plans tailored to their lifestyles Conduct product demos to showcase device capabilities and new technology offerings Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue Manage merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting Handle stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and billing Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or in-store inquiries Support cashiering duties including processing payments efficiently and accurately Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure compliance with safety standards Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting merchandise, and organizing displays Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences!
