$41,600•$100,000+ Potential (Commission Position) We are looking for a driven, resilient, and persuasive communicator to join our team as a Internet Sales (KBB) BDC Agent / Used Car Buyer!

In this position, you will work directly with vehicle owners looking to sell their cars. You'll be the friendly face and voice of our acquisition team, presenting fair offers, establishing strong relationships, and ensuring a fast, honest payout for every client. If you are a naturally expressive communicator who loves interacting with people and closing deals with total confidence, we want you on our team. This role is built for a natural conversationalist who can read the room, speak from the heart, and smoothly transform a cautious inquiry into a successful buy-in. Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and connect with private vehicle sellers online and via high-volume phone calls and textsEstimate vehicle values accurately, leveraging your automotive knowledge, market data, and live market insightsCoordinate appointments, greet sellers in-store, and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and transparent vehicle acquisition processLearn and utilize advanced dealership tools, including vAuto and our customer relationship management (CRM) softwareHandle customer objections with empathy, transparency, and resilience to secure vehicle inventoryTrack and maintain organized, accurate records of all customer interactions and vehicle documentationBenefitsCompetitive PTO Policy Multiple Low-Cost Medical Insurance Options + FREE TelahealthLow-Cost Dental, Vision & Life Insurance OptionsShort Term & Long Term Disability401KAutomotive Service & Sales DiscountsQualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in sales, retail acquisitions, customer negotiation, or customer service.

Valid driver's license (required to drive and move purchased vehicles)Tech Savvy•you're comfortable utilizing the Google Suite, high-volume phone/text platforms, and CRM tracking systemsReliable, organized, self-directed, and highly resilient with strong attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with automotive buying, sales, or vehicle appraisalFamiliarity with Kelley Blue Book (KBB) or other professional vehicle valuation toolsBilingual English/Spanish language skills are a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
