Must-Haves Education:
Bachelor of Science in a technical field (engineering and business combination preferred)
Experience:
3-5 years in technical or outside sales , or a customer-facing technical role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial components Experience supporting and selling engineered products or technical components (highly desirable)
Travel Requirements:
70% travel required , including international travel to support customer relationships and business objectives What You'll Do As an Outside Technical Sales Representative, you'll serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship manager for engineered products and solutions in the appliance and technical components industries. You'll bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and practical business solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with customers to identify technical requirements and deliver engineered solutions that solve real-world application challenges Drive new business development while nurturing and expanding existing customer programs Provide technical guidance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial design through launch and ongoing engineering changes Collaborate cross-functionally with internal engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution Support product launches by serving as the technical liaison between customers and internal stakeholders Travel extensively to build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new market opportunities What Makes This Role Unique You'll represent a portfolio of engineered products and partner brands, giving you the opportunity to work with diverse technical applications and innovative solutions.
