What You'll Do Represent a company customers can trust to care about their homes and businesses . Identify new business opportunities while building strong relationships with existing clients. Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions that truly meet their needs. Negotiate fair agreements that create value for both customers and the company. Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools. Travel throughout your territory (personal vehicle required). Work one Saturday a month (9am-1pm) to connect with more customers. What We're Looking For Previous outside sales experience (pest control or related industry a plus). Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. A positive attitude, persistence, and a genuine desire to help people. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
