Duties Sales & Lead Generation Follow up on quotes requested from our website but not taken Make 100 calls daily Prospect new clients by phone, text, or email Prospect and identify new commercial cleaning opportunities Reach out to offices, retail stores, medical facilities, gyms, property managers, and other businesses Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments Follow up with leads and maintain communication with prospective clients Maintain organized lead and customer records Join Sales Manager on walkthroughs as needed Community Outreach & Tabling Represent the company at local events, expos, business networking events, and community activities Set up and manage promotional tables ("tabling") to generate leads and brand awareness Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential customers in person Build relationships with local businesses and organizations Social Media & Brand Presence Participate in company social media content including videos, photos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns Assist with creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Help increase online visibility and community engagement Represent the company professionally on camera and in public-facing content Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred; experience with constructions companies, service companies, and real estate agents preferred Strong communication skills to effectively connect with diverse customers and team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record At least 1 year of cold calling experience Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels success!
