We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to grow revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys consultative or solution-based selling, and is motivated by performance-based success. We are not looking for you to find customers for our services, we want our services to be the best solution for our customers. Passionately selling and intelligently solving our customers problems is what we are looking for in our sales representatives. Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and develop new customer relationships through warm/ cold calling and networking Present services to prospective clients and clearly articulate value propositions Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract close Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing, National accounts, operations and other members of your success teams to provide leads, growth and opportunities Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and tradeshows as necessary Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Background in related industries including construction, architectural restoration, building finishes, metal refinishing, natural stone, ornamental metals, commercial real estate, facility services, elevators, landscaping, security, flooring, or intangible product or service sales a plus. •The base salary for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually, however, there is opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
