This is outbound sales position focused on lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and closing service agreements. We are looking for individuals who are confident on the phone, results-driven, and experienced in B2B sales. Work schedule follows US Central Standard Time (CST), so applicants must be available to work during US business hours. Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential US-based employer leads
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and sales outreach
  • Present and explain the company's recruitment and staffing services
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
  • Handle objections professionally and negotiate service terms
  • Close deals and secure signed client agreements
  • Maintain basic sales tracking and follow-up records Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation and minimal accent
  • Strong confidence and professionalism during phone conversations
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or cold calling
  • Experience selling to US-based clients is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
