What You'll Do (aka: Your Everyday Impact) You'll be the glue that keeps deals moving and customers happy. Your work will touch every part of the process, from order to installation.
  • Enter and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate projects with our operations team to keep everything on schedule
  • Support the sales team with quotes, updates, and follow-ups
  • Connect directly with customers through FaceTime and calls
  • Help with simple punch lists and walkthroughs

  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with both customers and teammates
  • Being a creative problem solver and able to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented (you catch the things others miss)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Positive, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
  • Ability to bend, lift, reach, stretch and able to lift weight up to 50lbs.
